Isabella's pics and Family pics

Isabella has arrived!

Our little Isabella Patricia arrived on Friday 12/19/08 at 6:23pm. She was 7 pounds 11 ounces 20 inches long. We are very blessed to have a healthy baby and a very smooth delivery. I'm so grateful for Phillip and my sisters for being such an awesome support while I was in labor. It was really cool to have my sisters there and be a part of this delivery. She is so perfect and beautiful and a great addition/blessing to our family. We are now a family of 7....Whew. The kids are very excited for their new little sister. They linger around to stare and touch her all the time. It's pretty cool how happy they all are. We'll see how happy they stay when she wakes them at night :) Thank you so much to Danielle and her family and my sister in law who helped out SO much while we were in the hospital with my kids. AND thank you SKIP for my Jack in the Box that was waiting for me as soon as I delivered Isabella! That was the best jumbo jack I ever had!!!

Adoption Day 11/14/08

SORRY

Ok so I haven't been as "on it" to keep my blog updated like I mean to but I am working on it now that my "maternity leave" started yesterday. I have a few more events to post before Isabella gets here. I go into the hospital next Friday! at 7:30am. I am hoping Isabella comes on the 19th but she will let us know...Isaac was officially adopted by Phillip (and vice versa) on November 14th and is officially Isaac G Steffes. My Brother and Sister in law came for a visit for a couple weeks in November and went throught the Temple and got sealed along with their beautiful baby girl. It was a wonderful day to be a part of. I'll post those pics soon, then will post lots of Isabella. I hope everyone has a great holiday and will get cards out as soon as we have pics of the baby to go on them with us.

31 weeks 5 days

I've had a lot of requests of what my stomach looks like...I'll try to update these for the next 7 1/2 weeks I have left. I am really starting to "pop" out. This was taken Friday 10/24

Steffes Family EST 2007

With all the blogs I've been receiving I have finally given in to start one of my own. I'm hoping I will actually keep up on it. With all the events coming up in our family this seems like the best way to "stay in touch" with those close to me and those who have been asking for pictures. My one year wedding anniversary was on September 8. I am a Mom to 4 kids now, Drake 10 Alexandra 8 Rebecca 6 and Isaac 6 and our little Isabella is due on December 21. The plan is to go into the hospital Dec 18 to get induced so everyone will be home for Christmas. Well that is the plan, but Isabella will let us know if she has her own plan when the time comes. I am in a very content place in my life and am loving it. I'm very grateful for the blessings in my life and for the most wonderful husband who makes me happier than I thought possible. Well, here I go.
